Article about: Hallo please somebody tel me is good or an fake ? the coulor of the pics is not so good but on real its shine very nice !! the maker EH is in the helmet.. gr andreas

    There is no such thing as a hollow back gold wound badge. It looks like someone has stripped down a original black badge and polished it. In my opinion wait for a better one.

    It's a polished black wound badge by Eduard Hahn (126).

    That is a pretty bold statement.
    I think the majority feel that none exist, although there are some who believe that near the end of the war some were produced.

    Snyder's Treasures took a black tombak badge, stripped the paint, and sold it as a "rare late war gold wound badge"...

    so i have to remember hollow is never a gold one !!!!!
