I love these early brass badges for the effect that wear has on them. Really brings out the details, especially the swastika. Much more visually appealing than the later steel badges.

Beautiful early original black wound badge, absolutely stunning. Superb item and it is quite rare that some badge looks even better with some lost of the finish, but in my opinion that is the case here, because swastika is really highlighted in that way, just like on this example.
