    Maybe if the photos were taken further away it might look better

    Actually it wouldn't look any better even in the next room with your eyes shut. The casting line around the rim is a dead giveaway as a bad'un.

    the flaw above the "bow" on the obverse is a serious indication something is very wrong.

    IMO it's a good "Verwundetenabzeichen im silber".
    PKZ 30 from Hauptmünzenamt Wien (Austria).

    Very used, and was repaired at least one time.
    But better photos are needed...
