The shoulder board measures17 cebtameters wide by 4" long. Constructed with thin metal coard silver pip a 14 MM while the brass one is quite smaller 10 mm i believe conditon fair slip on board lt grey wool under and border. The only choice i have is to assume it is rfss staff because that was the color used by that organization. i could be totally wrong but i havnt been able to find any other info on this board perhaps its for female staff as is custom by most armies the female badges ranks ect is stream lined to a more fem fashion. Please if you know better tell me im open to comments its a throw in actually witgh the holster sdtarting at a fair bid i believe.
