I got into WWII vehicles at the age of 8, after my mum sat me in a Dodge command car to have a picture taken. By 15 I was helping out in the local WWII collectors shop (Mish Mash) at the Saturday boy, this got me into collecting in a serous way, as I had the first pick of the new stock, and got many items at wholesale price, with my main interest being webbing items from Britain and the U.S.A. Finally at 19 I bought my 1944 ford GPW and joined the 39-45 MVG met Ade and many others for the first time, and enjoyed many summers and shows and events as ether 39-45 MVG or as an early member of the Summer of 44 LHG. Finally by 1999/2000 for many reasons I left the whole scene and sold off just about everything I owned. Then a change in my personal life meant I came back to this hobby in 2005 as a dealer.
