Help With Tunnerbund maker

Hi gents, received this buckle in the post today, it was a gift from a good friend And for me very exciting, a maker that I do not know. The buckle is a very nice near mint Nickel Tunnerbund buckle with the makers mark G C S L. Does anyone know of this maker and who it may be? I have seen maybe one other Tunnerbund buckle with this mark ( I think Sven at Koppelshloss.de has one) and I believe another buckle which might have been a police buckle but I am not sure. I am pressuming the "L" is for Ludenscheid and maybe the "G" is for Gebruder (brothers) but I do not know, any input would be appreciated

Just gone through all the RZM "M" makers codes and nothing seems to match
