Really wonderful and attractive buckles, guys! I'll have to look into to the history here to become more informed. Can anyone recommend a good link or reference?

The skull on the Wehrwolf pin is very similar to my relic ring found in SS positions.

Koppel71, your Jungwehrwolf buckle is outstanding! I've only ever seen one other, and they are so rare that I've not even encountered any reproductions. Your other examples of Wehrwolfmanner are really nice too, uncommon types as well as the overall rarity.

From 1923-1933 the membership for the Jungwehrwolf was only 3000 total, so anything from the group is exceedingly rare. The membership pins for the Jungwolf are equally as rare and differ from the Wolfmanner pins by having a wolfsangel in place of the Totenkopf.

Old thread I know but what a treat, thanks for everyone's contributions, some every nice and rare buckles shown here!

    Wehr Heil!
