    Apologies for this delayed reply, and thank you for the additional information Spandau. It is greatly appreciated.

    The kicker with my hat is its provenance, I think there may be a bit more to this. However, it will possibly go unanswered since the source passed away a very long time ago.

    Thanks again gents, I'll be back with other things to share in the future.
