Here are my two PPSh41's. (Pistolet-Pulemyot Shpagina; Пистолет-пулемёт Шпагина; "Shpagin machine pistol")

Dated 1944 and respectivly 1945. Both made at ZIS Moscow, note the 3 in a cartouche.

The '45 dated example has the light coloured stock.

Also shown is one of my four 71 round drum mags: I always have the mags full with inert rounds. I also own several different 35 round stick mags. The early issue one can be seen here in this thread:

My TT33 is a pre war example dated 1939. All serial matching numbers. As usual the mag is loaded with inert rounds.

I often get to blank fire this one at events. We now use new custom made cases which are hand loaded.

And mine too, 1953 made!
But me not have dagger for it.

yes, SKS not WW2, but it was used in Vietnam war.

I got to shoot an SKS live with the British Army last year. They are nice little rifles. Did you know that the design is just the same as the PTRS but made smaller? Compare the bolt and bolt carrier. Some prototypes were used in the Battle of Berlin. These had a spike bayonet, similar to an M44 Mosin Nagant Carbine.(That rifle is also on my shopping list!)

My rifles are dated:

Mosin Nagant M1938 Carbine. Serial number “NP9068“. Dated 1942. Made by Izhvesk Arsenal.

Mosin Nagant M91/30 Rifle. Serial number “18361“. Dated 1934. Hexagonal receiver. Made by Tula Arsenal.

Mosin Nagant M91/30 Rifle. Serial number “HE732“. Dated 1942. Round receiver. Laminate birch stock. Made by Tula Arsenal.

PPS 43. "Пистолет-пулемёт Судаева" or "Pistolet-pulemyot Sudaeva"

Well, not strictly speaking, as it is a Chinese Type 54. Dated 1955. Until 2007, true Soviet made PPS's were virtually unknown here in the UK.

I use this one of LH events when I don't have a live blank firing one on hire. In action, this would have been my weapon of choice. They are so reliable. The 35 round mags, being a double stack, are easy to fill.
