Very nice weaponds. The SVT40 is magnificent shape from the pictures and the PTRS is nice . Its a shame the laws you'all have over there regarding weaponds.

Hi Guys, thank you for the kind comments.

The PTRS is always a popular exhibit when I take it to shows.

I hope to add a SG43 Goryunov this year with a bit of luck.

    Cheers, Ade.

As I live in the UK, these weapons are deactivated. We cannot own live pistols, semi automative rifles, machine guns or smg's. But we can own live bolt action rifles with a special permit from the Police.

I will start with the Maxim M1910 machine gun. This example was made in 1944 by the Tula Arsenal. I have a selection of ammo tins and cloth and later metal feed belts. I also have the gunners kit with cleaning tools, etc.

    Cheers, Ade.
very very nice ! the first pic , soviet heavy machine gun look like MG-08

Very nice weapons 'all' indeed! But it is also very disheartening to see what was done to them. (decact)
We are very fortunate not to have those kind of laws over here. So far we've kept most of the bums out of office. There are still a lot in there but with our recent election things could get quite bleak. (putting it mildly)

SUPER collection Ade. Thanks for sharing this. It is odd how the firearms laws work on both sides of the Atlantic. I have a 91/30 Mosin, and SVT-40, and an SKS, all of which are operable and I fire on occassion. But we are unable to get the great deacs you guys can have!
In regards to the SKS, I have read that a very small number were field tested by the Red Army in 1945 just before hostilities ended so one could legitimatey claim it as WW2 era.

    Cheers,
    Johnnie

Impressive arsenal you have there! Soviet weaponry really is great. I received my PPSh-41 from RytonArms by the way, I must upload photos! I literally just ordered a Tokarev pistol also thanks to your recommendation... Can't wait to get it.

Thanks for posting these, very interesting to see!
