75mm Shell

Hello, can anyone help with identifying this shell? It has a 75mm diameter. It was found at the site of a battle between US and German forces in ww2 if that helps! (.50cal cartridge for size comparison).

Think ive found it for you,it gets a bit complicated with the designation,,But it was used by the Germans..ok here goes..
HE projectile for FRENCH 75mm Anti Aircraft gun,,
The German designated name is 7.5cm sprgr.28 (f)
weapons used with...
french AA gun 7.5cm flak M.36 (f)
french AA gun 7.5cm flak M17/34 (f)
