wow "if only that gun could talk" ive never seen one converted before and looks a pretty tidy job.any reason why it was converted i thought the germans had millions of ppsh ammo? is the ppsh 7.63 somthing like a bolo mauser round?

The 7.63 ammo was a not a army stamdart in 3 Reich I think, there was probably at the private stocks, but I think there was a limited quantity of that ammo in military stocks.
