    Hi lithgow.
    Im not sure, the 9 mm short has a ring suggesting it can be attached to a cord.
    Maybe made for some kind of uniformed personel like police or customs.
    The 7,65 mm gun is probably civil production.

    The ring on #2 would suggest peace-time police or similar service.
