Thank you MAP. I wish I knew the back story But I am skeptical the gun and holster were brought back together given the condition of the holster vs the gun. I am assuming a put together rig.

Will never know....But...the gun could have sat in the holster on a belt for years without it being taken out. Would a HQ officer really need to take his gun out?
