Article about: A member on another forum where I had posted a WTB note had it - said he got it at an auction years ago and hadn't touched it. Assuming it's genuine, it appears to be unissued with the oiler

    A member on another forum where I had posted a WTB note had it - said he got it at an auction years ago and hadn't touched it.

    Assuming it's genuine, it appears to be unissued with the oiler still wrapped in wax paper.

    Yes, it is - 1946. I thought it was a pretty sweet find in that condition.
