    Enjoy this Japanese Type 'I' (Pronounced EYE).. Cal. 6.5mm.. These rifles were made in Italy for the Japanese Military, befor WW2 Examples if the Type 'I' have been observed issued to the Japanese Navy.. My example was captured by a US Marine and carried home as a souviner.....BILL

    Back years ago in NC, a friend showed me a rifle he had, it was a Japanese type I. I was not a collector or knowledgeable then. It was obviously Japanese but had the Italian features and markings. We were baffled by this multinational rifle at the time but now I know about them. NIce looking ensemble of bringbacks!

    Beautiful collection and in amazing condition.

    Type 30 Arisaka bayonet with National Denki under Kokura supervision Arsenal stamps, Very nice indeed.

    Hi Bill,

    That is probably the nicest one of those I have ever seen. They are not too common and finding one in that shape is quite unusual!

    I've seen some nice ones in my day but nothing as nice as that rifle, sling and bayonet.
