K98 22cal

Article about: I was just at a local gun show and I seen a k98 in 22cal exactly like the one in the photo below. And it was NOT an 8mm conversion to 22cal like you usually see around. the guy wants \\$700.00

    I was just at a local gun show and I seen a k98 in 22cal exactly like the one in the photo below. And it was NOT an 8mm conversion to 22cal like you usually see around. the guy wants $700.00 for it. Can anyone tell me what those usually go for? Because I have no clue! But I think it could be a rare rifle (I've never seen one) It also had German gothic writing on the receiver. The gunshow only goes for 1 more day, so I would greatly appreciate anyones help!

    The price would be about the same price they cost in Europe. But again I am no expert - and it is difficult to say without pictures and knowledge of the markings...

    But I would say BUY :-)
