Well as I know all the German weapons that remained after World War II and used by the Yugoslav army until the arrival Russian licence for AK47, by order of Tito(Josip Broz) is sent to Somalia for revolution formations! They are mostly Stg44 and Stg43 but there is plenty of fg 42 and most of that weapons was confiscated by Staljin Red Army and given to Tito as a help till the end of 1948 when love was broke!

I have seen pics of them in Lebanon too, but I do recall where now and I never saved the pics.

They were, of course, used by the DDR, with my own MP44 coming from there.

    Cheers, Ade.

    Enjoy Ade Sturmgewehr!

No problems. The story I've heard about it says that it is one of the weapons taken from the private museum robbed in 1988 and it was the very first time the MP44 was seen in the Lebanon (Beirut, to be more precise)

What is it with the Dutch to be so keen on ortograf.
I understand that writing a language with out faults is showing respect to that language and the people you are comunicating with.
But we are doing at the best of our abilitys, and it works well.
Thise forum is very intresting as it gets a lot of different nationalities.Lets keep it that way.
Remarks like this will only scare them, keep them away and we would all be missing opportunities to see ore learn about relics!
And WAR RELIC'S is what it is about on this forum!
Always looking for Belgian Congo stuff!
