Google 'ARAMEX', they are a shipping service that provides an address in NY and will deliver to the UK, I use them all the time for those US based sellers who won't ship outside the CONUS.

Thanks for your reply's. I should have come back sooner but with Christmas and all its been chaos. Anyway I am pleased to let you know I have been sent the necessary tool from a great chap in the USA already..... really fast service. I have used my mp.5 on the range since, and even I am punching out the middle of the target.
