I have one in 8mm with a matching bayonet. It use to be all matching until I put the safety on and it just came apart in my hand. What I should have done was try to have it re-welded but I was young and foolish then and just replaced it. I always tried to find one in 6.5 but never found one. They are rare birds here as well, great find beautiful condition. That's the way I like to find them. As my mentor used to say there are 3 important things when you collect. Condition, condition, condition.

Today I just up graded my K31/55 Swiss sniper. I found an an absolute new one with matching numbered scope, scope can to the rifle. Also as new sling , bayonet and frog. So it's been a good day. It's from the same folks I got my as new 1929 Swiss Luger I previously posted. should be here next week .

Look forward to seeing it-the muzzle brake is insane on those things.

I received my 1895 Humbrug rifle Friday. It is even nicer than I expected. blue is 98% and has a mirror bore. Bolt face has only a very slight ring mark
