Very nice I like the look of them. Gary
Is your wife a photography student ?
Nice work.
Great pictures. If a person didn't know, you would
think they were decades old photos.
She did a fantastic job.

I was addicted to the "Hokey-Pokey" but I've turned
myself around.
Nice pictures very tastefully done. Quite a group of guns also.
Excellent Ambriotypes! Do you guys attend any Civil War reenactments? I and fellow reenactors would pay big $$$ to have well executed Ambriotype taken with period equipment!

Thank you, Slade,
This is the first time she's photographed this sort of subject matter - all her idea, not mine.
Ref. re-enactments: It's not a very mobile system - You have three minutes to take the photo after preparing it in the darkroom - then you rush back to the darkroom to finish the process, which requires running water - Presently, everything is photographed at our studio.
(Although a friend of hers has converted a small school bus into a mobile dark-room.)
The studio is in So-Cal, feel free to PM me for more info. - it's her bread and butter, so I would simply pass along her details
*These two were less effective:
1. I loaned her a 1940's Soviet propaganda poster for the background - but, the focus is so shallow it didn't really work, and then there was a chemical problem, too.
Then, on this one, I am missing the fore grip on this MP (if anyone has one, please Pm me ) - and it just looks wrong, I suggested she frame within the grip - she didn't like my suggestion.
