Trying to find out if this action cover is original

Hey guys,have this MG34 action cover but I have no idea how to even start trying to work out if it is from WW2 or not?

I think it's post war Yugo.
If you have a look at Mauser slings and MG34 Lafettes explained in detail at in the for sale section he has some detailed pictures.
You could have a late war one, but personally I doubt it.
