I recently posted a thread showing a holster that came with a wartime CZ 27/Pistole Modell 27 (t) that was apparently made from a German tornister or furry knapsack. Here are a couple more I've picked up at flea markets that seem vintage that I can't identify. The canvas one has been suggested to be Japanese "last ditch". It's pretty large - I tried my 7.65 Mausers and Walther PP and it swallows them, but it's not deep enough for my P-38. The other one has cross-hatch markings all over the leather and is a pretty small size. It comfortably fits the 7.65's but the strap won't fasten over any of them. Any ideas would be most appreciated!

The second one resembles the austro hungarian rast gasser model 98 revolver. Very close to the same style. I would exhaust that avenue first. Apologies if I'm way off.

It is one thing to reconcile these things with God, but another to square it with yourself. - Robert Leckie
