    Default 4 Iraq War Helmets

    Hi,

I recently picked up these four helmets in a trade. I don't really collect Gulf War-present items and these helmets have me somewhat confused. Each one is different from the next and they seemed to be jumbled together. Can anyone shed some light on these helmets?

    Thanks,
    Phil

Very diverse and collectable Iraqi used helmets, the top left is a M-90, top right is an Iraqi M-80 which unusually appears to have the rubber rim off an M-90 attached to the rim, which I have never seen before so that's particularly interesting, your other M-90 is missing the rubber ring, perhaps that explains this feature.

I am keen on the netted M-80 all my examples came to me minus any netting, so assuming the net is Iraqi issue it is good to see from a future reference point of view. It is also good to see the triangular Iraqi Army property mark too, great trade results, and as a huge fan of the models, it is a pleasure to see your examples, regards Opex.

nice grouping phil ,i have a soft spot for these iraqi composites i own 2x m80's myself and well explained opex ,you have good eyesight spotting the m80 misfitted with the tan bumper ring i would of passed it off as an m90 ,i guess the previous owner was fooling around and forgot which helmet it came off ,it looks kind of neat in a strange way ,thanks for showing
