Article about: Hi, I had in my collection Bulgarian M51 for a long time (dark green). My friend was trying to be nice and got me an Italian M33 from IMA-USA as a gift. The helmet in my opinion is a Bulgari

    Can someone post a comparison of the bulgarian and italian helmets? I'm curious as to what the actusl differences were.

    No such thing as a Interwar Spanish M33. These are the M33 supplied in SCW that were postwar modified by adding a small buckle to which the Eagle of St John was fixed . The one you received should be a genuine Italian prewar M33 with the welding spots for the buckle removed , these are the holes.
