    G'day all

    Here's my two WW2 types - notice on (viewer left) what I believe is North African that the comb is offset!

    That one is indeed a helmet worn by ZOUAVES or TIRAILLEURS ALGERIENS , north African troops or Frenchmen assigned to them.

    Don't know why but I've always been fond of these helmets and these two in particular are very nice-

    Hello,
    They are nice M26 Adrian helmets, with M37 round insignia.
    It looks like the infantry helmet had another helmet on top of it for some time...

    hi rene can i just ask if the flaming bomb is original to the helmet i only ask because i had to buy a reproduction for mine as it was missing heres some pics

    There is a great variaty of insigna's that could fit your helmet....the flaming bomb is one of them.

    are the insignias interchangeable between the 1915 helmet and the 1936 type

    Most are, you just gets some even more on the 36 model.
