Most of these were found in an old building and others were found in the back parking lot next to a fence. Some have been lying on the ground for sometime. The helmets with camo were all in a crate in the corner of the basement.

I love the WWI Brodie. It is a 35 division helmet.
I collect WWI 35th Div helmets. That is a nice one.

Nice picks, especially the brodie. Are the helmets in the way back German, or are they something else?

They're post war German border gaurds helmets based on the Second World War design, the difference being the liner, and the lack of the vent and liner pins on the exterior of the helmet shell.

Superb looking collection of helmets though, you're very lucky

    Thanks

Yes,,,I knew they were German helmets,,but I wasn't sure of the era,,,found out they are post WWII border guard helmets. Either way,,I picked up both German helmets and the brodie @ an estate sell for whopping $100 bucks!!!
