Helmet Info Please

Hi,

I'm not a eastern bloc collector, but a friend ask me some help about this helmet. Seems to me it's a bulgarian M 1936/A helmet repainted in post war colours with a hand made red star, inside colour is olivedrab and outside apple green. Seems to me too liner is original pre war made.

My questions are:

I'm correct in my conclusions?

Some notions about it's value in actual condition?

it's original cold war era , my estimate on the value would be around $30 - $40

*first model M36A w/rolled edge

*WWII pattern liner & chin strap

*post war paint w/ communist red star
