Default M1 Clone ? ID Help Please

Picked it up today at a garage sale for $35 canadian.
I am assuming it is a euroclone m1.
The camo cover is Belgian made by Lonneker textiles.
It has band with reflective "eyes".
Rear seam shell with some texture to the paint.
Liner has some faint stamps in english.

Here is some photos - any help is appreciated.

Strange that the camo cover is Belgian made, but in British DPM. The Dutch also use DPM if that helps at all, I am not sure for how long they have used it.
If anyone would like a custom piece of artwork for your war room please let me know! I am currently doing A2 sized sketches of a subject of your choice. Either copy an existing picture or create a scene based on your brief. Details in the 'other militaria' section of the classifieds.

I also have a deac Mk1 (1941) Enfield Bren gun & Transit case for sale, mint condition. Also looking for trade offers. UK only I'm afraid.

The chinstrap bales look odd, and seem to have been soldered/welded on then the pot overpainted to cover the discoloured paint.
Close up pics would help confirm this though.

Yes, they were rewelded and retouched.

Liner looks like US Nam' era to me. Faint stamps in english on the cloth (as you mentioned) would confirm it. I see some writing on the nape strap. It should read something like "US Infantry Liner Nape Strap Type 1 Serial - 7421-41241-42313".

The shell is hard to tell. Check the rim for any stamps in the metal. Euro clones have these sometimes.

The stamp is in english and has faint words and number. The dome has W 105 - Westinghouse logo.
The helmet shell has no markings at all.
Ok, cover is Dutch, liner is US - what about the band with reflective eyes (cat eyes) and helmet shell ?

Maybe a reenactor's work, trying to get a fixed bale helmet on a budget?
