South American Helmet Price?

I've always wanted one of these and this one has been consistantly lowering in price. The seller is asking 19.99 USD + 40 USD shipping. So my question is: Is this helmet beyond help?

If anybody has any that they want to get rid of I will make a good offer.

I think that one is Uruguay M 26 helmet, and that is a good price for that helmet anyway

This is a Peruvian helmet, pre WW2, but used beyond that time.

It is not a high price, but not a very good example either. I'd go for quality or bust!

They do come on the market now and then.
