    Hello Gents
Dont know a great deal about these Swiss helmets-
Is it type Swiss M18/40 helmet?
It also has a badge on the front ( any idea on what it is for)
Of all of the swiss helmets i looked at in the past hour I have not seen one with the makers sticker.
It Appears to say ERSHAM DENZLER & CO (ILLEGIBLE)

What would you know about victory? I killed a she-wolf in her den, armed with only a knife. I escaped the Caughnawaga Indians who sought to burn me alive. And, I was the sole survivor of a shipwreck at the Battle of Havana. So you'll excuse me if I choose not to follow your advice." ―Israel Putnam speaking to a Continental Army officer at the Battle of Bunker Hill.

Hi General P. This is an M40 as the liner band does not go all the way round the back the M18 liner band goes all the way round. It looks very much to me to be a firemans helmet due to the gloss paint and the front decal. If it were army issue it would have textured non reflective matt paint
