Furthermore I have 2 books on the 1936 Olympics in Berlin, 1 book about Adolf Hitler from 1936 with real pictures and a book which is called "Deutschland erwacht", dated 1933 (also with real pictures).

The books you are refering to are probably cigarette picture books, like those;

My husbands grandfathers name and town are written in pink (Vischer Amberg)...

The books are the same (I have Band I of the 1936' Olympics as well) but -if I may say- mine are in much better shape... Anybody interested??
