What kind of helmet is this?

So I bought this helmet when I was in 6th grade for 30.00 at some Antique Market. The guy said it was a WWII German helmet but now looking at it I don't it is because it doesnt look like a German Liner. I think it might be Bulgarian or something. But I was wondering what you guys might think?

These look very similar to german helmets at first so we all learn

It's a spanish helmet indeed but not WWII it's a "Z42/79" model, and like the designation said it was made from 1979.

these are still worth around $30 - $40 today the prices havent really changed much on these later issue Spanish helmets
