usualy the luggs on the helmet like that donate an M16, but from that angle they look to far back and to high on the helmet.
Also i cant see a rear hole for the liner clip, can you put more pics on.

is an czech vz 30 .this helmet was used by the spanish army too.the rivets are for ventilation.

Absolutely right. I belief the lugs from the M16/17/18 remained after the war in large quantities and were used by this helmet for ventilation.
