Greg, Thanks for the insight. I'm not an expert either but every little bit helps. I do however think that Pre 1945 emblems had the crown as well. Check out this link. https://archive.org/stream/TME30-420#page/n196/mode/1up. Pages 196 and 197. It was really just the Black Shirts that used the other Roman based symbol (I could be wrong on this).

The emblem indicates State Police used in the postwar period.
Google elmetto m33 polizia or PS elmetto and you'll see similar examples.
The other two helmets seem to be original wartime shells but also continued after the war judging by the paint.
