Nice Mart. I have the Au Lion brass knuckle type. Need to get one of these to complete the pair. Yours is definitely IMHO the nastier looking of the two.

    Is that the original sheath?

Pretty cool piece. The trench knives were interesting in the way they combine a knife with a "brass knuckle" type device. Like a multi tool from WWI!

Very nice. I have not seen a scabbard like that before. John

Supposedly if you were captured by the Germans with one of these you would be executed! Not sure if true or not!

Surely one of the most evil looking battle implements in my opinion. Man a pig sticker with brass knuckles. Hate to be on the receiving end myself. Thanks for showing

From what i understand, this type of sheath is a after market piece and possibly made for use in WW2.

    Very nice Mart.
It looks to be iin excellent condition. I love fightiing knives. I had one
of these way back when but lost it in a house fire. Soomeday I hope to
replace it as it would look real nice next to my 1918 trench knife.

    again --- Congratulations.
