Article about: Difficult to make a picture of the whole lance, so I am giving you detail views. The leather gripp as been replaced, but that isn't a problem as I still have an original ...some where.... I

    Difficult to make a picture of the whole lance, so I am giving you detail views.
    The leather gripp as been replaced, but that isn't a problem as I still have an original ...some where....
    I am showing the marks as well, but I don't know (yet!!) what they stand for...

    Just found out it is the 1823 model, used untill 1914.
    Two battles were fought with those lances, just at the beginning of the WW I.
