yes,that is where hero's end!
Strange; people do not give any intrest to the history of theyre family.
Thise lot was sold separately at 10 euro cent a piece,and it seemed to me; to be the (not that young anymore) relatives of the original owner.
But no questions asked! I got there in time and managed to keep the lot safe.
I think it must have belonged to a women who volunteerd at the red cross and worked in a hospital in France.
So here is ;
-the order of the crown
-the King Albert's medal
-the well known WWI victory medal
- the war commemorative medal (with a crown on the ribbon, given to the voulonteers!)
All came separatly, for the miniatures they charged 2 €!!
Thise was the main group, but theyre still was a small (broken) model (women's medal) pre 1951 military medal of a" order of Leopold I " that I got for free for buying the lot!!!
And a local French medal with a red cross on the ribbon.
