Can anyone help me identify this French over coat?

Hi guys, I'm somewhat new to militaria and picked this up at a local sale. I'm not sure what era it's from, I'm leaning towards WWI or WWII. Appears to be French. On the collar it says faintly what appears to be "Paulhan & Fils Montpellier" On the metal buttons it says "EQUIPEMENTS MILITAIRES" Can anyone give me more information about it, when it's from and what it's worth? If anyone is interested in it, I'd like to sell it.
