    Gor and Cor are both correct, I understand. I'm not very knowledgeable on WW1 uniform but these look to me like exceptional and rare pieces.

    Cor to my knowledge is incorrect..the term Cor in is 1920s

    The Gor Blimey you have is an exceptionally rare uniquely Canadian pattern one. Many were modified later by having the ear flaps trimmed off and converted to standard SD caps and used to death. I have one in my collection like this that is without ears. They seem to have stayed in Canada an d not made it over seas but there may have been some with drafts in the UK but probably not in the French theatre. Nice find.

    Can you make-out where the jacket was made??? I've never seen a label like that and in that location.
