Hi, Im trying to get some information for a friend on a medal he has in his family, it belonged to his Grandad. He was 3592, Pte Bert Blows, R.A.M.C, stationed
in St Omer France W.W.1. The medal is the French: La Médaille d’honneur de l’Assistance publique. He got his normal British medals from the time and this French one, could anyone give any info on how how may have been issued it, this would help the family, thanks.
