I have previuosly received a LOT of info on wonderful militaria collecting websites here, and I hope that streak will continue. Can anyone here suggest a website(s) with basic info on collecting ww1 French helmets & kepis?? What to look for, etc?? Thanks in advance, Bill

Bill,
The first war Adrians were also used after the war, but basically they were made from four pieces, the skull, front and rear visors and the comb on the top. The later model M1926 was a two piece, with skull and visors being stamped out of one piece of steel and then the comb. There are some nice pictures on this forum. Check out the pinned threads dealing with uniforms. There are some full mannequins of French soldiers.
