Italian Caps for Review

Hi to all,

I recently acquired a W.W.1 Italian family grouping. In this grouping are these 2 caps, if I'm not mistaking the khaki cap is a Model 1909 with the rank of Major.
Is the black one a M1909 ceremonial cap and is the plume original to it? Thanking you all in advance and hoping to hear from some of
you very soon.
