Definitely not 1914-1918 but I have no idea where else to post it.

Poor condition, but seller only wants 100 bucks CAD for it (15 dollars shipping!)

Worth it or should I just pass on it?

I really like it but the condition is of course something that would put off most buyers. It depends how are are these and what sort of money doe s good condition example sell for. If they are rare and normally sell for big bucks then it makes sense to buy it, if however they are common and sell for not a lot more than the price being asked, then unless it is named to someone special I would pass.
