Article about: Hello, I received this tape and I was told that the arrow marking and M and 15 then indicates that it was used in the military. Is this true and where? In the Navy. Thomas

    I agree that this tape is indeed Navy/Marine-marked...the casing is dated 1917, and the handle is apparently dated 1915...
    No problems here, in my opinion...
