Is this Mills grenade ww1 era?

Picked this up at a flea market the other day for £15. I am inclined to think its a ww1 Mills grenade but I am not sure what number. Can anyone help? Part of the fuze is still intact inside. There is a brass bottom with Falkirk written on the it but this is not original. Thanks.

Looks like a #5, and very likely a WWI vintage, I think the later spoons did not have the upturned edges where they contact the striker. The date would normally be found on the base plug.
