I really like WWI related materials.

I' m always asking myself that why WWI stuff can go through 100 years without much worn or demage, yet the usual modern tools tend to break, or malfunction. And we have to pay for them to replace them.
Very tough stuff!

Because they built stuff to last back then! I know people who still use tools that are almost 100 years old. I've been trying to find a pair of moderately worn WWI officer boots to go with a uniform grouping, but can't quite seem to find a pair in the right condition.
