New Helmet with original sandbag cover and unit flashes

beautiful, just a fantastic sacking covered helmet, a true rarity. I wouldn't dare suggest peeking under the cover since it looks like it's been there since the war but what would be your guess as to paint colour and texture on this one?...might there be a painted insignia hidden under there?
