WOW!!! I used to have a paper group to a Canadian Nurse ( I donated it to a Museum) And one of the papers was for her serving in Russia 1916-to early 1917.

Now that is only the 1st step, you can order his complete files from the Canadian Gov.
NOw as you can see from his forms, he was in the Military before WW1, then he would have Served with the CEF, and he must have vollinteered for the Siberian Force.. that would all be in his Military files.
