    Hi, I'm not sure what this is, an ID tag or pendant or something. A friend of mine found it a few years ago in the South End of Halifax, Nova Scotia.

    I've been trying to find information on what it could be - best I can figure it has to do with the Canadian Labour Pool. I'm not even sure if it is war related but thought maybe someone here might have some clues.

    Any help is much appreciated.
